Exclusive: Easter Support Times

As you are probably aware, we try and have our support online for as much as possible. Well, it is Easter. This means due to certain commitments outside of our 'computer' lives, we will have to close some functions of support during the Easter Period. Below is how this is going to work.

Email Times

You will be able to email us at any time throughout the Easter Period. Please consider that it may take a bit longer for a response. You WILL receive a response within 48 hours of your email. If you are not sure what our email address is, it is: choboticalhelp@consultant.com 

Twitter Times

Once again, you will be able to send us direct messages and tweets to us throughout
the Easter Period whenever you want. There is just one downer! You may have 
to wait up to 24 hours to receive a response.

Live Support [Pure Chat]

As this is Live Support, we can not be online as we have other commitments. This 
will be the main support function affected. Firstly, Live Support is the little widget
you see on the right bottom corner of your screen. You can also use it via 
this website: www.purechat.com/w/chsupport. If we are offline, 

you will have an option to send us an email. Feel free to do so VIA that. 

Below are the times that are affected during this Easter Period.

Thursday 17th April- Due to personal commitments, support will be closed until 12:45pm.

Friday 18th April- Due to 'Good Friday' in the Easter Period, our support will be closed from 8am until 1pm.

Saturday 19th April- Not Affected- Normal Times.

Sunday 20th April- We will be online for part of the day, probably around the Afternoon. This is due to Funnyguy2's birthday. He will have a dinner to go out to and personal family time.

We do apologise for this inconvenience this may have caused. Please remember that this blog is only run by 1 person at the moment, until we get bigger.

If any more times get affected as we move through the Easter Period, there will be a tweet on our twitter account regarding this.

There is now a copy of all our current polices here at Chobotical Help. REMEMBER, this is NOT the official blog- this is an exclusive blog. So there will be an updated copy of polices on the Official Chobotical Help Blog.

These polices are REAL and STRICT. Failure to follow polices will result in consequences. Some involving appropriate authorities being contacted. The only time we will do this is IF something illegal is going on. This includes; cyberbullying or sending pornagraphic images or videos to users of our site, ON OUR SITE.

All our comments are moderated and are 'double-saved' meaning that they are saved on this site, and also on our panel.

Hey Chos!

Wow, today has been a really busy day for us. We are getting closer and closer to the official release of Chobotical Help. The official link will be released within the next 48 hours, and the release date will also be released at that time.

Well I am back here again with more information about Support. As you can tell on this website, on the right hand bottom corner of the page there is a widget names "Support." This is a tab that you can use to speak to our staff. [You can also access a full page version of this by clicking here]

Exclusive: Twitter Accounts!

Hey Choboticals!

As part of our agreement, I agreed to make Social Netoworking Pages for our blog. This way we can advertise and get out to our fans and followers. For the next few weeks, we will be having a go of a Twitter page. We hope this has great success. In Late May, if we have enough followers on our Twitter Account, we will consider creating Facebook and Youtube pages. You will find information regarding our Social Network Pages on the Chobotical Help website once it is released, and also on this website, under a page called 'Policies.' This page will be released in the next few hours.

What is the twitter account for?
This account is run for advertising purposes. Other reasons are for support. We will advertise events being held in Chobotical and more on this account.

Who runs the twitter account?
At the moment, the ONLY user to have access to the twitter account is Funnyguy2. We hope to let other staff join in on the account shortly.

If I have a question, regarding Chobotical Help, can I ask for help on the twitter account?
Yes, indeed! Although, most of our Help guides will be on our site. After all, we are here to help Chobotical Users!

How do I follow the twitter account?
To follow us on twitter, click here, and then press follow near the right side of the page.

Do I need a twitter account to send messages to the twitter account?
Yes, twitter requires you to have an account to send us messages and tweets.

Will the name 'Chobotical Help' change?
Below is the 'Blog Name Policy' regarding to changing the name.
"The blog's name will not change without notice. The only time the blog's name will change would be if Chobotical changes their name. We, sadly, can not help if they change their name."

Do you have Social Media pages?
At this point in time, we do not have Social Media pages. There will be a post on THIS blog when we officially release the Chobotical Help Twitter, Facebook and Youtube pages.

When will Chobotical Help be released?
Chobotical Help will be released the day that Chobotical is open for Closed Beta. Please note, there many not be sneak peeks of Chobotical whilst it is in Closed Beta, unless we have permission off the Official Chobotical Team. This is for copyright issues.
