Our Social Media pages are for advertising and promoting purposes only. We also use some of these functions for support. [See Support Policy]

Anyone caught sending messages to annoy or harass staff via Social Media will be suspended from contacting and/or viewing our pages for a number of days or permanently. NO chances will be given.

Support Policy

*This covers all support functions.

*Covers: Facebook Page Messages, Twitter Message and Tweets, Email and Support Widget on website. (Pure Chat)

Our support functions are used for our users to contact staff on our website only. NO staff member is allowed to have a conversation with friends or family using this email address. This email address is for Chobotical Help ONLY. 

Anyone who is caught using our Support Functions to annoy, hurt, harass or threaten any staff member will be suspended from using our Support Services. Their computer address (IP ADDRESS) will also be reported to appropriate authorities depending on the nature of the matter.

Our site/website/blog is used for helping users through Chobotical. Any user caught cyber bullying any member of staff or any user of our site will be suspended from sending comments to anyone on our site. Anyone caught sending pornagraphic images or videos via comments will be suspended instantly and their IP Address will be reported to appropriate authorities.

Anyone who is caught using our images or information on their own website, Social Media Accounts etc.. will be suspended from viewing our site for a week and their IP Address will be reported to appropriate authorities as this is AGAINST THE LAW.
